We support women and men of all ages and in all stages of breast cancer and their caregivers as well. We offer our knowledge, encouragement and friendship to let you know that you are not alone facing this disease. Group meetings are held throughout the Phoenix-metro area and provide support, education, and conversation. (Meeting content may differ by location.)

Bosom Buddies of Arizona is different from other organizations in that the leaders of all of our support groups are all breast cancer survivors. None of our facilitators are paid, they are all volunteers. We are very thankful to have such an outstanding group.

In addition to support groups Bosom Buddies of Arizona maintains a hotline, 602.231.6648, staffed by trained breast cancer survivors. Our volunteers also staff health fairs and events throughout the year where they distribute information on breast cancer and answer questions.

Both the office and the facilitators have a supply of breast cancer literature, knitted caps and cloth headcovers for those who have lost their hair, and heart shaped pillows for those recovering from breast surgery.
